Not only have I not been asked permission, but that photo has been taken from my flickr account, where it was published under All rights reserved license. Plus, it has been disgustingly altered, which is, in the eyes of the copyright law, yet another infringement.
I expect you to take this cover down as soon as possible, and please consider yourself warned, before I report this to the French copyright office and the Ministry of culture.
