Starts off with intellectual look @ this art form....As Weather Report once said "Could it be Done a new sound that's never been in the air one thats so fresh and clear"" that's what it's all about!

I hate spoken intros, some non musician pontificating about dschääzz but the rest is superbly smooth. Anyway, cannot stop wondering what that there deep house singstress meant with "let the might of your compassion arise bla bla" but I am quite sure I would be happy to comply one the service is over .... Maaam

I love it when a mix has a theme and the title reflects it - great idea Dimsa to evolve from almost pure jazz to deep house.
Just like Toddy, I discover new things matching the stlyle of my favourite Ananda Project, Mark Moulin or Dining Rooms... For a moment I thought the Boogie Oogie track is a cover of the Taste Of Honey disco classic but it's totally different.
Talking about boogie, the great Boogie Wesseltoft could have bee a nice fit for the first part - maybe next time? :-)

One of the things I like about mix.dj is coming across fabulous tracks I have never heard before - and mixed so well by many brilliant DJs. DJ Dimsa's sets are no exception.

This is so good. I know of Ananda Project (they did the excellent Cascades of Colour a few years back) but I hadn't heard "Justice-Mercy(Aquanote Peace Mix Edit) before.I like it..alot!

My other particular favourites on this mix were Satoshi Fumi's "Treasure" and Christoph Kardek's "Je Sens".

A deserved top marks and a HUGE thumbs up from me.
