Anastasia always makes the crowd go wild. This mind blowing Indonesian born female DJ knows her way to spin the wheel and take everyone into a higher atmosphere with her pumping sounds that blend progressive, electro, and big room anthems.
Beat by beat, she took over the control of the dance floor and the “scream-out-for-more” audience. Constantly exploring her mixing skills and blending new sounds together has brought her to share her exciting career path with international DJs such as Darren Pearce (UK), Carlos Diaz (Spain), Casey Taylor (Aus), MIA (US), Tsuyoshi and Kotaro (Japan). After years of playing all over Indonesia, she’s now holding a residence in Bali (Indonesia) playing for the Dejavu Club and Double Six Club, both have a rich history for bringing high quality DJs both local and international such as Casey Taylor, Starkillers, Tiesto, DJ Preach, John “00” Flemming, Austin Leeds, Tony Thomas, Danny Howels, Pete Tong, Paul Mendez and Nick Warren.
This Hard Rock Radio Bali’s Music Director underwent a fascinating change in 2006, when she got the chance to perform in France: Bazaar Club (Marseille), Titan Discotheque (Lyon), and share the decks with Funk D’Void. This leads to another performance in France two years after, with gigs in Marseilles: Le Bouchon Bar, Le Passe Temps, and Trolleybus Club. In the same year, she managed to go and get the crowd crazy in Pimpernel Bar in Munich Germany in August and in HQNine Kuala Lumpur and Mojo Club Kuching Malaysia in December. She recently joined JetSeven International DJ Agency and finished her JetSeven International Singapore Tour 2009 including JetSeven tour in Zouk Club Kuala Lumpur.
Anastasia’s wicked talent resulted in awards, like nominees of the best female DJs in Ravelex Dance Music Award in 2007, and in 2008, she won as Bali Best DJ for it. Two consecutive years as the Beat Award’s Bali Best Female DJ in 2009 and 2010 proved her talent and apparently it’s been a good year for her as she also received the YAK Award 2010 as Bali Best DJ.
