Keywords, shouts and tags.
I try to separate music by moods and sounds, so I call these kind of songs "New Hop" It's not necessarily hard rap, but it's not exactly hip hop either. It's more fly songs you would hear younger people playing or stuff for the clubs.Also anybody who knows me know I try not to promote negativity and unfortunately most new mainstream / club rap songs are negative. But anyways I was jammin some Tinie Tempah today and I decided to do a mix of new rap / R&B that could be played in the club or on a night out on the town. I tried to cover all sides, east, west, south and some new R&B songs too.
I also used it as practice for mixing and blending. Probably won't be making another mix like this for a while! Lol
