Quality mix Fella!!! It does my head in when people say "nice seamless mixing", then say something daft about the order of track selection. If the mixin sounds seamless it's because of the order of the tracks. Theres a difference between bedroom mixing and club mixing. Variety is the spice of life, why steady build if you can take them on a Journey. Keep up the good work mate, if this selection is anything to go by you have one sweet collection. 5/5 All Day Long.
This is a great mix, your mixing is spot on!! The only constructive critisism i would have is the order of tracks, it seems to go hard to soft to hard to soft rather than being more structured. The tunes you've selected are ace, most of my faves, i just think they could have been in a diff order.
Thanx to everyone who has voted and left comments, its much appreciated.
Those who point out that the tracklisting contains some big tunes or hits or cheese or.....please remember that this mix is almost 3 months old and only 3 record in it had been released at the time it was recorded. When i DJ, i get payed to make the crowd have a good time, hopefully i do it well.
Garry top mix mate - if you got some spare time have a listen to my mix n let me know what you think... same to others if you like garry's style of music then you'll like mine toooooo... search for carl p called funkyness - keep it up garry let me know when you post a newbie... cheers
smooth exchange in sound, selection of sound reads well.
Good variety of a very cool genre of music. Keep up the high standards which a majority of Kirkcaldy lacks. Technical skills are very impressive Just a tad unfortunate I'm familiar with a majority of the tracks, takes the 'wow' factor out of the expectations.
