Thanks everyone for the kind comments. I apologize for the low sound quality--the owners of the lounge asked me to keep the volume low for the first hour of my set. Other than that, it was fun Sunday evening set. Some of the transitions need work, but practice makes perfect, right? Also, a lot of my vinyl I spin is quite old, found in Europe and the US, and some of it came from my parents' collection. So a few crackles and bumps lets you know how much other people loved those cuts before I played them.

Favorite cuts: Ray Charles "Wichita Lineman"; Tom Jones "Georgia On My Mind"; L.A. Carnival "Blind Man"; Sam Baker "Something Tells Me"; The Gossip "Are You That Somebody" (awesome Aaliyah cover); the Adriano Celentaro joint; Laura Nyro and Labelle (you can hear Patti working the harmonies); Van McCoy and Richard Pryor (original mix); and Malcolm McClaren (rest in peace Willie Ninja--Brooklyn loves you!!!).

I'm on the road for the next 6 weeks, but will try and use my Hercules mobile mixer to spin a few gigs in Amman and Berlin and hopefully upload new mixes. But thanks for listening, people! Music is love, -Khary
