On this mix, Regie FP is doing a proper techno workout. Meandering and undulating sounds from labels like Klang, Poker Flat or Traum are blended together to capture the attention of listeners in general and especially my attention. The tracks Regie FP selected, shimmer and shake with a boundless energy, taking off with a straight ahead techno track to remember: "Memento" appearing in the Yassin & Arne Remix. "Baila Sin Petit" by Ricardo Villalobos is topping the set with a certain latin technoid flavour and the "Feuervogel" delivers electroish funked-up sounds to conclude this high quality mix. My only little gripe is the mid-section where I felt a degression in tension when playing "Enduro Disco" by Holger Ziske, which is, in my opinion a bit sluggish. Why not playing the second LEENA release, the outstanding "Armadillo EP" by Catz n' Dogz next time?
