this set is a little slower and easier to just relax to. It isnt something that you could really break down and dance to. It was more something that i could be driving downt he road and bounce my head to. All of the blends were great (like always). Some of the tracks you picked seemed a little depressing. Dont get me wrong I still liked listening to the classics. I added this set to my phone so I can listen to it while in class or studying. I think Ive heard it about three times now
Sandman's choice by Mixgeselle is a smooth and gently mix with an attractive track list and a well balanced arrangemet where disco, funk, pop and rock meets house and shake hands. Stand out tunes - in my opinion - are the Cutback Remix of "Money Too Tight To Mention" by Simply Red, "I Will Be Your Friend" by Sade and the Bootleg Version of "Gypsy Woman" by Crystal Waters.
After seeing this on the top of the charts I was expecting a great mix but althrou this is very good set for me it just doesn't have the X factor, don't get me wrong iv heard a lot worse on here and the position in the charts says it all, good mix just not a killer .
Great set mixgeselle you rocked out on this mix. The track list was superb. Keep up the good work. Also a special shout out to BOOTLEG HEAVEN below my comment for the importance of voting and comments on this great site.
This is a new style off mixing - from Mr. Andreas - A mixtrip down memorylane, in the company off superb whites & bootlegs... This is VERY good - we like bigtime Thx to the cover-meister Sandmann, for the tracklist in this over the top mix... And off course tha man behind the wheels off steel. Full rate of 10's from me Thx for sharing once again my friend / Cheers Tomas - Denmark PS. : Howcome so many Plays & Pods - and so little rates and comments - there is more than 40.000 registred members on this slamming site ????? Wake up and get in the rating-game !!!! These guys put in a lot hard work into all the brilliant mixes.......
Great idea. My While Label mix will now be put on hold for a bit, don't want people to think I copied your idea Some awesome tracks in this mix, a mix that takes you back in time to some good ol' days. Some parts of the mix, the sound wasn't too good, but I think this was due to the producing/mastering side of the actual tracks. Otherwise a great mix.
I like the collection of songs that you were able to put together. Im going to see if I can play this at my work over the radio so everyone will hear it...
