In 1979, at the age of 14, Bas started as DJ for the first time in a youth society in a small villige in the province of Zeeland, The Netherlands. In 1980 he had been moved to the city of Vlissingen in the same province, and played at the all 3 excisting Clubs of this town. In 1982 he was asked to become resident at a radiostation in Belgium, called Radio Saturnus in the city of Maldegem. They owned a Club where Bas played on sunday afternoons with great succes. In 1983 he was asked to become resident in a Club called "De Hooizolder". In 1986 he had to quit DJing, due to a new fulltime job in another business. In 2005 he started again as DJ as a hobby. Played regulairy in Club Revolution Rotterdam, together with DJ's as Peter Gelderblom, Rene Amesz, DJ Jose to name a few. Now Bas plays also abroad in Clubs in cities as Shanghai, China and Galati in Romania. Bas also produces tracks, but they have never been released intill now. DJing is an awesome hobby of his.
